It’s well to remember that not everyone carried the big Colt’s and Remington’s that we tend to think of when we consider the Old West. There were plenty of these little guns as well. Note too, the pepperboxes, early attempts to have multiple shots, There are several big ones shown on Dirk’s Pistols and Pepperboxes page.
