This “gang” was a bunch of loafers and petty thieves who reigned mischief around and about the community. It’s why they were called “The Bummers”. There were, no doubt, more members than noted here from time to time. When the citizens got tired of it, they initiated the so-called “Turkey War“. This crowd then paraded around with firearms, acted tough and threatened a few townsfolks in the streets, which brought the whole thing to a head. Shortly after, some of these low-life turkeys were lynched and the survivors sent packing! Apparently, not a one of them was worth a photograph.
